Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all items as fast as possible. However, at busy times there may be at least 3-4 days processing on certain items. If your order requires age verification, this needs to be completed before your order can be considered a completed order.

Returns, Faults & Damaged Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your items then you can return them withon 15 days of delivery. It will need to be unused and in the original condition including any packaging. Faults and damages need to be reported within 24 hours.
